The creative industry is changing—and so is our place within it.
I’ve been wrestling with that thought lately—maybe you have too.

The truth is, we have more tools, more ways to connect, more opportunities to create. And yet, so many of us feel isolated. Stuck in our creative bubbles.
Even the best creators I know—the ones shaping visuals for the biggest experiences—struggle to share their own stories.
So, as a way to break the isolation, I’ve started this thread.
It’s time to reconnect.
Hello,
I’m George Simeo—creative director, multimedia artist, and master of vibes—bringing people together without the awkwardness…
For years, I organized not-for-profit creative gatherings (Montreal in Motion) at Moment Factory—artist talks, performances, and much needed mingling. It was a deep dive into building real-world community. And I loved it.
That’s the vibe I want to get back to—but on a whole new level. Not just with another event, but something more foundational: Creator Ecosystems.
Creators + Community + Technology + IRL Spaces
Spaces where creators, technologists, and storytellers collide. Where ideas don’t just get shared—they take shape as part of a Creative Collective.
With online noise going off the rails, we need physical hubs + real connections to navigate this new creative era—together.
This thread is an early seed—spotlighting global initiatives breaking isolation, sparking collaboration, and creating new opportunities.
On the radar:
FOIL.Gallery – A new venue from famed creative duo Fvckrender & Baeige, bridging digital and physical art—a big win for Montreal.
FutureSpaces / Artwrld – An online creative community hosting inspiring conversations—from Beeple to DeepMind’s Creative Lead.
Paradiso – A different kind of creative gathering—less about scale, more about meaningful connection. A dreamy line-up in a dreamy location (Mérida, Mexico).
Are you experimenting with new tools, pushing your work in unexpected ways, or sitting on a project that’s ready to be shared? Or maybe you’re building something the creative community should know about.
I’d like to share it—here, and on other channels as they grow.
For visionaries…
Imagine a Collective of creators, technologists, and storytellers—building in public and turning ideas into movements.
Venue Partners: Turn your vacant studio space into a creator ecosystem.
Tech Innovators: Get your tools into the hands of top creators.
Brands: Make the creative process part of your next campaign.
Know someone who’d love this? Share it. And if this isn’t for you, no hard feelings—unsubscribe and take back your precious time.
Party on!
